Batiste Stylist Range *NEW*

Fans of Batiste will be fully aware that they have recently launched the 'Batiste Stylist' range. The 'Stylist' range consists of 6 styling products to help with everyday hair battles; apart from needing Dry Shampoo that is! Within the range you'll find....

Of the 6 products I've had the pleasure of trying out the Hold Me Hairspray and Oomph My Locks XXL Volume Spray. 

Hold Me Hairspray has long lasting hold (24 hours according to the can, although I'm not sure who would need hold for that long?) The hairspray is invisible to the eye and doesn't leave any sticky residue either which means you can brush out your style and start again if you need too. Hold Me Hairspray also protects your hair against any nasty humidity that might be lurking about as well as containing keratin (the key component to our hair, skin and nails) plus Inca Inchi Oil (I had to google it! It's a plant oil that is native to the Peruvian Amazon region). The Inca Inchi oil helps by adding moisture to your style that leaves the hair looking shiny. 

Oomph My Locks XXL Volume Spray is my favourite of the 2 products. This contains the keratin and Inca Inchi Oil but also works magic! If volume is something you're lacking in your hair this is for you. The spray works by gently adding a fine mist of powder to the roots of your hair. You have to massage it through your locks and vola....voluminous hair. I particularly like the fact that it doesn't have a tacky feeling to it unlike volume powders I've used in the past. I couldn't say if the Batiste 'Plumping Powder' has the tacky feeling as I'm yet to try it; but to be honest I'm more then happy with the spray version. 

I also really like the design of the packaging, each product has a colourful eye catching design. Plus both products I've tried have very pleasant fragrances to them, not too strong or overpowering - just perfectly scented.
