Those of you who have dogs should find todays review interesting. Those of you who don’t have dogs may still want to stay and read this, but if not then click ‘home’ and have a look at one of my other posts ;)
So, I can honestly say I never thought I’d see the day when I would get this over excited about a doggie shampoo and conditioner! Boy-o-boy was I happy when I bought these new bathtime products for Elmo.
Pethead products have been available for a while now, however it’s only recently that I discovered them in Petz Crazee. These particular products, called ‘DeShed Me!’, are designed to help stop your beloved pet from shedding hair all over your floors, clothes, or wherever else you let them go.
“This super amazing formula drastically reduces shedding by laying down the hair neatly and removing excess hair, leaving the coat smooth and silky! Avoid eyes and ears. Bathe your pet twice a week for maximum results!! Use DeShed Me!! Miracle Rinse immediately after shampooing.”
I personally find these work best by brushing the dogs well first using a de-shedding brush. Now wet the coat completely with warm water. Apply DeShed Me! Shampoo gently over their coats, working along the back towards the tail. Lather thoroughly into coat making sure not to get this into their eyes or ears. Rinse and follow with DeShed Me! Miracle Deshedding Rinse. I tend to massage this into the coat for a few minutes then rinse well, making sure all Rinse is removed. Then quickly wrap the dogs into a towel before they have chance to shake the water all over you!!!
Both of these products smell amazing. The DeShed Me! Shampoo smells of Strawberry Lemonade and DeShed Me! Miracle Deshedding Rinse smells like Fresh Watermelon. Neither has an overpowering fragrance, and the fact that they are different doesn’t seem to matter, as you can’t tell after the dogs are dry. Both dogs smelt clean and sweet, with super soft and shiny coats even after the first use. In fact Elmo looks fluffy too….but I don’t think he noticed.
I hope you found this review helpful and I’ll be back soon with more pet related items
