Batiste Oriental Dry Shampoo* is the latest to hit the stores this week.
“With the Autumn/Winter catwalks heavily influenced by the East, oriental design is everywhere, inspired by the opulent fabrics and pretty prints seen on traditional costumes of the Far East. The warm delicate fragrance is a mix of fruity top notes (apple, wild berry and grape), floral mid-notes (Jasmine and Iris) and base notes of coconut, sandalwood and cedar.”
Personally I can smell the floral notes more than the fruity ones, although it’s not too strong. The packaging on this Batiste Dry Shampoo is also very pretty with its pink and purple design.
As with all dry shampoos, the key is in the application. If you get this wrong you’ll end up with white patches on your hair!
To use simply shake the can vigorously, and keeping the nozzle about 30cm from your hair, spray into the roots (lifting sections for maximum coverage). Next massage through with your fingertips, and then brush and style.
RRP £2.99 - 200ml
